This City Manager/City Administrator Forum provides a collaborative setting for local government executives to discuss their leadership and management styles through the exchange of ideas, experiences, and best practices. A key focus of the forum is the exploration of diverse leadership stylistic approaches, helping participants better understand how adaptive, transformational, servant, and strategic leadership can be applied to meet the evolving needs of their organizations and communities.
