Event Information
The winter of 2024/2025 brought significant snowfall and frigid temperatures to the Kansas City Metro. This Lunch and Learn will explore how small cities and rural communities across the region prepared for the extreme weather, managed snow removal operations, communicated with the public, and responded to resident concerns. We'll also discuss key takeaways from this challenging season and what changes these communities are considering for future winter events
