Speaker Information

  • Jennifer Breuer, PE, Vice President Quality & Materials, Superior Bowen
    • Jennifer Breuer serves as the Vice President of Quality and Materials at Superior Bowen, where she oversees materials, asphalt plant manufacturing, and quality control. She joined the company in 1996 after earning degrees in Geology, Geophysics, and Geological Engineering from the University of Missouri–Rolla.
    • A member of the Association of Asphalt Paving Technologists, Jennifer also serves on the CART committee for NAPA and is active in the Transportation Research Board's AKM30 Materials section. She has presented on topics such as best practices for paving and inspection, advancements in asphalt technology, and asphalt design procedures for various DOTs and local agencies. She is also deeply involved in NAPA’s The Road Forward initiative, advocating for sustainable practices in asphalt production.
    • Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys baking, photography, and spending time with her children.
  • Mark Chase, Regional Sales Manager, RPX Technologies, Inc.
    • With 20 years of experience in concrete maturity and mass concrete sensor systems, Mark Chase specializes in education, sales, training, and consultation on real-time monitoring trends in concrete construction. He holds an economics degree from the University of Arkansas and resides in St. Louis, Missouri, with his wife, Kala, their two grown children, and two dogs.
  • Megan Dangel, PE, Technical Services Manager, Central Plains Cement
    • Megan Dangel is the Technical Services Engineer for Central Plains Cement Company, covering seven states across the Midwest. Since earning her BS in Civil Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in 2007, she has worked in multiple aspects of the cement and concrete industries, including process engineering, ready-mixed concrete quality control, and supplementary cementitious materials.
    • A licensed professional engineer in three states, Megan is actively engaged in various industry organizations, contributing her expertise to advance concrete technology and construction practices.
