APWA Public Works Institute Module III – Public Works Management Fundamentals

Event Information

This is the third of four modules leading attendees to graduation from PWI. Modules are planned to be presented every six months. Attendees do not have to start with the first module, however the learning objectives begin with a basic supervision foundation and develop into leadership concepts throughout the four modules.

Attendees will enjoy presentations by more than 20 experienced public works professionals about management fundamentals needed to become better leaders.

• Registration – Total of 75 available seats available
  • $250.00 per individual
    • Early Registration – 08/26/2026 – Restricted to Graduate candidates and those attending their third module.
    • General Registration – 09/03/2026 – Open to all.
• Parking – Free in the adjacent surface lot to the west of the building.
• Food – Continental breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided each day at no additional charge.
